矿用电机车调速控制系统研究

摘要: 通过交直流调速控制方法的分析,采用直接转矩控制作为矿用电机车调速的控制策略。对直接转矩变频调速控制系统进行了深入的理论研究并采用MATLAB语言中的Simulink动态仿真工具下建立矿用电机车直接转矩控制变频调速系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明该系统具有快速的转矩响应及较好的高速性能。在此基础上组建了基于TI公司TMS320LF2407DSP与IPM相结合的矿用电机车调速系统实验平台,实验结果以及现场测试显示该控制系统具有牵引力大,调速性能好、便于维护、节能等优势。

Abstract: Direct torque control was employed as the speed adjusting control strategy for mine electric locomotive based on the analysis of AC/DC speed adjusting methods.A deep theoretical study was made on the direct toque variable-frequency speed adjusting control system and a corresponding simulation model for mine electric locomotive was established by Simulink dynamic simulation tool in MATLAB.The simulation results show this system has a rapid torque response and good high speed performance.Based on this, an experiment platform of the speed adjusting system for mine electric locomotive was set up by a combined use of TI's TMS320LF2407DSP and IPM.The experiment results and the site testing indicate that this control system has the advantages of high traction force, good speed adjusting performance, easy maintenance and energy conservation.
