摘要: MQG-3660型一段球磨机与改进的φ660平底水力旋流器配置,球磨机处理量达到240 t/h,球磨机利用系数达4.4 t/( m3·h)。该水力旋流器适用于粗粒分级,分级效率高,沉砂嘴不堵塞,具有较广的推广应用价值。

Abstract: The configuration of MQG-3660 primary ball mill with improved φ660 flat-bottom hydrocyclones makes the ball mill throughput to reach 240 t/h and its utilization coefficient to be 4.4 t/(m3·h).This kind of hydrocyclone is suitable for coarse particle classification and has high classification efficiency and an unblocked spigot, therefore being worthy of spreading.
