摘要: 采用XRF便携式分析仪进行铁合金主元素的快速分析研究,拓展了该类仪器在矿产调查领域以外的应用。讨论了铬铁和镍铁合金样品的分析方法,建立了二元比例法分析二元样品的数学模型。结果表明:采用二元比例法分析铬铁和镍铁样品中的合金元素与主元素铁的含量是可行的。

Abstract: The application of XRF portable analyzer in rapid analysis of the main element of ferroalloy has extended the application of this type of instrument to outside the mineral investigation field.The analysis method of ferrochromium and ferronickel samples is discussed and the mathematical model for using binary ratio technique to analyze dual samples is set up.The result shows that it is feasible to use the dual ratio technique to analyze the contents of alloy elements and of the main element Fe in ferrochromium and Ferronickel samples.
