逐孔起爆炮孔布置型式对抵抗线分布的影响

Impact of the Drill-Hole Pattern for Hole-by-Hole Initiation on the Burden Distance Distribution

摘要: 基于孔间毫秒延时起爆技术的作用原理,分别对等腰三角形布孔和矩形布孔条件下炮孔抵抗线分布的基本特征进行了分析,发现炮孔起爆瞬间抵抗线的均匀性与炮孔布置型式紧密相关,进而对矿岩爆破量和爆破破碎质量具有重要影响。在此基础上提出了炮孔抵抗线均匀系数β、γ、η的概念。对比分析发现,采用孔间毫秒延时起爆技术,与矩形布孔相比,等腰三角形布孔可使炮孔在不同方向上的抵抗线更为均匀。在采用等腰三角形布孔的同时取炮孔邻近系数m=1.155,炮孔在不同方向上的抵抗线最为均匀,最利于提高炮孔的矿岩爆破量和爆破破碎质量。

Abstract: Based on the principles of hole-by-hole millisecond delay initiation technique, the basic features of the burden distance distribution for the triangular drill pattern and the rectangular drill pattern are analyzed. The uniformity of the burden distances at the initiation instant is found to be strongly related to the type of drill pattern and has a significant impact on the amount and quality of fragmentation. The concept of the uniformity coefficients of burden distance distribution β, γ, and η are thus introduced. It is found through a comparative analysis that, with respect to the hole-by-hole millisecond delay initiation technique, the triangular drill pattern is superior to the rectangular drill pattern in getting a more evenly distributed burden distances in different directions. If a coefficient of hole spacing  =1.155 is adopted for the triangular drill pattern, the burden distances in all directions will be nearest to each other, being most favorable to the improvement of the fragmentation amount and productivity of blast holes.
