台阶炮孔爆破软件BLAST-CODE及其在歪头山铁矿的应用

摘要: 实践经验表明,基于个人经验进行台阶炮孔爆破设计,难以对爆区矿岩可爆性和自由面条件等因素进行综合量化分析,爆破参数的合理性和爆破效果往往不能得到保证。BLAST-CODE爆破设计软件的开发与应用,则是为解决这一问题而进行的一种尝试。BLAST-CODE爆破设计软件在采场地质地形数据库技术和基于聚类分析方法的矿岩可爆性分级方法的基础上,基于矿岩可爆性、炮孔自由面条件及炸药威力等条件参数由计算机自动完成孔位设计和药量计算,以人机交互方式设计起爆网络。在歪头山铁矿应用的结果表明:使用该软件,爆破参数选取科学、合理,应用简便,对改善爆破破碎效果,实现矿山日常爆破设计工作的规范化,具有重要实际意义。

Abstract: Field experiences shows that it is difficult for a blast design based on personal experience to make a comprehensive quantitative analysis of such factors as blastability of rock masses and free surface conditions, making it unable to assure the reliability of the blasting parameters and fragmentation. The development and application of bench blast design software BLAST-CODE is just an effort to solve this problem.Based on the pit geological and topographical database technology and the rock blastability classification based on clustering method, BLAST-CODE blast design software enables an computer-aid automatic computation of drill pattern design and explosive amount in accordance with the conditional parameters such as rock blastability, free surface conditions and explosive strength, and a detonation network design in a man-machine interaction way. Its application in Waitoushan Iron Mine shows that this software is characterized by scientific and rational selection of blast parameters and easy application, and it is of great practical significance to the improvement of blast fragmentation and the realization of routine blast design standardization
