福建某银矿选矿工艺流程试验研究

摘要: 根据某银矿的矿石性质,提出浮选-摇床重选的处理工艺,采用Na2CO3调浆、BK-301+LP-02混合捕收剂浮选工艺,可使银精矿品位达到1 210.00 g/t,回收率达到64.52%;采用摇床重选工艺处理浮选尾矿,可使银的总回收率提高3.93%,达到68.45%。

Abstract: In light of the ore properties of a silver ore, a process consisting of flotation and gravity separation by tabling was proposed. Na2CO3 regulator and BK-301+LP-02 mixed collector were used in the flotation, achieving a silver concentrate grading as high as 1 210.00 g/t at a recovery of 64.52%. The flotation tailing was treated by gravity separation of tabling, increasing the total silver recovery by 3.93% and to 68.45%.
