提高分级尾砂胶结充填体顶板质量的研究

摘要: 针对管道自流分级尾砂胶结充填中存在的充填料浆浓度难以提高,充填体的浆体强度低等问题,提出了多点下料、竖向布筋等一系列工艺改进方法,工程实践表明,改进后的工艺极大地减小了充填物料的离析和分布不均的程度,从而有效地提高了充填体顶板整体强度,为高硫、矿岩不稳定矿体中实施大断面开采提供了有力的技术支持。

Abstract: In light of the problems in classified tailing-cemented filling by pipe gravity-flow, a series of process improvement methods are proposed, including multi-point feeding and vertical bar distribution. The engineering practice shows that the modified process can greatly reduce the segregation and non-uniform distribution of filling material, which can efficiently raise the integral strength of the fill roof, providing a strong technical support for large sectional area mining in high sulfur instable orebody.
