摘要: 针对当前国内外关于胞外聚合物在生物浸出过程中作用的研究状况,本研究对胞外聚合物的组成、结构、生物合成、性质及对金属硫化矿的作用进行了总结。胞外聚合主要通过络合在其糖醛酸残基等基团上的Fe3+的氧化作用来溶解金属硫化矿。

Abstract: Based on the study of the role of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)in biohydrometallurgy carried out both in and outside China, the paper summarizes the composition, structure, biosynthesis and characters of EPS and their biological effect on metal sulfides. EPS dissolves metal sulfides mainly through the oxidation effect of Fe3+ forming complex with the groups such as uronic acid residue group in EPS.
