某难选铜矿石回收率的选矿新工艺研究

摘要: 针对江西某难选铜矿石的特征,进行了合理的选矿工艺流程和新药剂制度的研究。试验研究表明,采用铜部分优先、混选精矿再磨分选工艺流程,较大幅度地提高该难选铜矿石的分选指标,可获得品位21.15%、回收率83.62%的选铜技术指标。通过连续工业试验获得的选矿技术指标与原有的生产指标对比,新的浮选工艺制度可以提高铜品位1.07%和回收率18.33%。

Abstract: In light of the characteristics of certain refractory copper ore from Jiangxi, investigation was made on its rational beneficiation process and new reagent regime. The results show that a process consisting of a partial copper preferential flotation and the regrinding and flotation of mixed concentrate can greatly improve the separation indexes of this refractory copper ore, with the copper concentrate grading 21.15% at a recovery of 83.62%. The continuous industrial test of this new process shows a copper grade increase of 1.07%and recovery increase of 18.33% compared with those of the original process
