用铁矿石制备还原铁粉的研究

摘要: 固态条件下氧化铁的还原是制备还原铁粉的必要步骤。本研究采用不同的还原剂对赤铁矿石和磁铁矿石进行了固态下碳还原研究。研究结果表明,还原温度和还原时间对还原铁粉的金属化率具有显著影响。在相同条件下,赤铁矿石较磁铁矿石易于被还原成还原铁粉。研究还表明采用合适的还原剂可以大大降低还原温度,缩短还原反应时间,从而降低生产能耗和生产成本以获得更好的经济效益。

Abstract: The reduction of solid ferric oxide is a necessary step for producing reduced iron powder. Carbon reduction at solid state of hematite and magnetite by various reducers are investigated. The results show that the reduction temperature and time have remarkable effect on the metallization rate of reduced iron powder. Under the same conditions, hematite is easier to be reduced than magnetite. The research results also indicates that the adoption of a proper reducer can greatly reduce the reduction temperature and also shorten the time of reduction, thus decreasing the production energy consumption and cost and gaining a better economic performance.
