摘要: 按照现代矿山企业管理要求构建了北洺河铁矿人力资源管理体系与方法。根据新的管理理念进行矿山岗位设计并确定岗位职责,系统编制岗位说明书。制定了公开、公平的人员竞聘上岗制度,改革了薪酬管理方法,系统制定了绩效考核方法,设计了量化考核指标体系。北洺河铁矿人力资源管理方法在管理实践中取得良好效果,提高了企业规范化、精细化管理水平。

Abstract: Beiminghe Iron Mine human resource management system and method are established in accordance with the requirements for modern mining enterprise management. The working posts, job responsibilities and working instructions are designed according to the new management concept. The system includes subsystems of open and fair competition for working posts, improved pay management, performance assessment, and quantified assessment indexes. Beiminghe Iron Mine's HR management method has achieved good performance in its practice and help improved the enterprise's standardized and precise management level.
