青海省某高硫磁铁矿选矿试验研究

摘要: 青海省某磁铁矿,含主要有色金属元素Zn、Cu,其嵌布粒度细,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm达90.07%时,采用浮选-磁选的工艺回收该磁铁矿,可获得TFe 68.76%铁精矿、铁回收率80.22%、含硫1.08%。同时获得含硫26.09%的硫精矿,硫回收率65.51%,并且富集了Cu、Zn等金属元素。该铁精矿再经过氧化焙烧,可使含硫量降至0.2%以下,达到优质铁精矿的质量标准。

Abstract: A Qinghai magnetite ore contains non-ferrous metals such as zinc and copper that have fine dissemination grain sizes. A process consisting of flotation and magnetic separation was used for processing this high sulfur magnetite ore. At a grinding size of 90.07% - 0.074 mm,an iron concentrate containing 68.76% TFe  and 1.08%  sulfur at an iron recovery of 80.22% was obtained. Meanwhile,a sulfur concentrate grading 26.09% at a sulfur recovery of 65.51% was also gained,in which some metal elements such as copper and zinc were enriched. This iron concentrate was then processed by oxidized roasting to reduce its sulfur content to below 0.2%,reaching the quality standard for fine quality iron concentrate.
