云南兰坪氧化铅矿强化分散浮选试验研究

摘要: 针对云南兰坪氧化铅矿石嵌布粒度比较细、含泥比较高的特点,采用大量六偏磷酸钠作为矿泥分散剂来消除矿泥的影响。试验结果表明在不脱泥的情况下,采用一次粗选、一次精选和一次扫选的流程,铅精矿品位可以达到64.35%,铅浮选回收率达到89.06%。

Abstract: In light of the fine dissemination size and high slime content of the oxidized lead ore from Lanping,Yunan,a large amount of sodium hexamethahposphate was used as the slime dispersing agent to eliminate the effect of the slime. The test results show that without desliming,a lead concentrate grading 64.53% at a lead flotation recovery of 89.06% can be obtained by a process consisting of one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging.
