单线轨道双钩提升错动运行系统的研究与实现

摘要: 使用年限长的煤矿斜井容易出现断面减小的情况,要花费大量的人力物力扩充断面。通过对煤矿斜井提升系统的分析,提出了单线轨道双钩提升的方案, 采用PLC可编程逻辑控制技术实现了轨道道岔联动控制。在实践中,验证了单线轨道双钩提升错动运行系统的稳定性和实用性,解决了斜井整改的突出问题。

Abstract: The sectional area of the mine inclines that have been used for a long time is apt to decrease, which needs a great effort to correct. Based on the analysis of the inline lifting system for coal mines, it was proposed to adopt a single-track double-hook lifting solution. Programmable logic controller (PLC) technology was used to realize the linkage control of the railway switch. This single track double hook lifting staggered operation system was proven in practice to be stable and practical, thus solving the projecting problem in the incline transformation.
