矿粮复合区农田恢复与污染防治

摘要: 矿粮复合区农田恢复与污染防治,是中国当前土地复垦的重要内容。根据中国几十年的土地复垦经验与研究进展,国家发展的需要,当前中国矿粮复合区存在的问题,提出矿区农田恢复工程与固体废弃物处理过程中的环境质量影响方式,复垦农田景观格局标准和复垦农田生态立体集约化模式;针对农田恢复工程中机械使用存在的环境问题,提出主要机械施工中应采取的环保措施;阐述了农田无污染充填与动态充填技术及环境保护要求,并提出复垦农田生态重建质量控制措施,以促进矿区农田持续利用。

Abstract: Farmland restoration and pollution prevention in the overlapped areas of crop and mineral production are currently the important tasks of land reclamation in China. Based on China's several ten years' experience in land reclamation and its research progress, according to the need of the national development and in view of the problems currently existing in the overlapped areas of crop and mineral production in China, this paper puts forward the environment quality impact mode in the process of farm land restoration and solid waste treatment, and the landscape pattern standard and ecological three-dimensional intensivism mode of reclaimed farmland. It also proposes the environment protection measures that should be taken in the construction in respect to the problems in the machinery utilization in farmland restoration project, describes the farmland pollution-free filling and dynamic filling technologies and the relevant environmental protection requirements, and brings forward the measures for controlling the quality in the ecological reconstruction of reclaimed farmland so as to promote a sustainable utilization of farmland.
