MICRONMINE系统在爆破设计中的应用

摘要: 以某铜矿为研究对象,介绍了一种可用于地下矿山进行爆破设计的软件系统——MICRONMINE。利用该系统建立了整个矿山矿床以及工程的三维实体模型,并在此模型的基础上进行爆破设计。详细地阐述、分析了爆破设计的过程及其结果,从而得出结论:MICRONMINE系统提供的平台使爆破设计过程智能化、参数化、数字化,能够实现在整个设计过程中可视、可控、可调等功能,并且优化了设计,满足了矿山生产要求,取得了良好的技术经济效益。

Abstract: The paper presents a software system that can be used in underground blasting design-MICRONMINE.With a copper mine as the research object, the system is used to establish the 3D solid model of the whole mine deposit and engineering, and based on this model, the blasting design is made.The paper expatiates and analyzes in detail the blasting design process and results.It is concluded that the platform provided by MICRONMINE can enable the process of blasting design to be intelligentized, parameterized and digitalized, thus realizing the functions of visualization, controllability and regulability in the design process, optimizing the design, satisfying the mine production requirement and achieving good technical and economical benefits.
