Abstract: The paper introduces the present status of the non-coal mine safety production in China and the causes of accident evolvement, and describes in detail the building of multidimensional secure platform for improving non-coal mine safety level from the aspects of resource integration, safety legal regulation system, supervision and law enforcement procedure, exploitation of professional human resource, design of mine industrial safety mechanism, green mine and mine safe production.
