Abstract: The paper studies the possibility of combining J2ME computing platform targeted at mobile devices and WebService technical architecture to develop a mobile application for mines and provide an expansive mobile application model for the constrained computing platform for mines. By means of J2ME and WebService technologies, a mobile Web service mine application system is developed and realized that supports SOAP protocol and XML data format lightweight and safe solution.
