Test Research on the Beneficiation Process for a Fujian Silver Ore

Abstract

Abstract: In light of the ore properties of a silver ore, a process consisting of flotation and gravity separation by tabling was proposed. Na₂CO₃regulator and BK-301+LP-02 mixed collector were used in the flotation, achieving a silver concentrate grading as high as 1 210.00 g/t at a recovery of 64.52%. The flotation tailing was treated by gravity separation of tabling, increasing the total silver recovery by 3.93% and to 68.45%.
