Abstract: FLUENT software was used to make the numerical simulation of the internal flow field of a newly self-developed turbo cyclone separator. As a result, the distribution law of the internal three-dimension velocity field of this separator was found, which has enabled a further knowledge of its separation mechanism and structural optimization, laying a theoretical basis for the equipment development.
