Abstract: A simple technical mineralogy research is carried out on a lead and zinc polymetallie ore in Yunnan province.Base on the research results，it can determine the flowsheet of  bulk flotation of lead and copper-separation of lead and copper-bulk flotation of zinc and pyrite-separation of zinc and pyrite.Condition tests as grinding finess，reagents and dosage are done.A closed circuit test fhowsheet as one rougher，one scavenger and two cleaners for the bulk flotation of lead and copper，the separation of lead and copper，the bulk flotation of zinc and pyrite and the separation of zinc and pyrite，and middlings  feeding back sequentially，were used to treat the multi-metal ore.Finally two products can be obtained.One is lead concentrate which contains 45.26% Pb at a recovery of 81.33%; the other is zinc concentrate which contains 45.97% Zn at a recovery of 88.29%.But it needs to improve the index of by products as copper concentrate and sulfur concentrate.
