Finite Element Analysis of Vibrating Screen Main Parameters Affecting on Screening Efficiency

Abstract: Based on the YD2000 vibrating screen, used orthogonal test to finite element numerical simulate the actual work of vibrating screen under different working parameters assembly. By contrast research simulated the scanning area and shape of motion trajectory of screen frame. The results show that the best screening efficiency will be obtained under the excitation force 38 kN, support spring stiffness 18.67 kg/mm, exciting force direction and the horizontal angle of 20° and support spring angle into 60°. Use these parameters to reform the YD2000 vibrating screen  which can improve the treatment capacity 21%.
