Abstract: Two typical bedding rock slopes to take the excavation test also proceed in situ real-time monitoring by the remote monitoring and warning system of sliding force was choosed in Nanfen open pit iron mine in Liaoning province. The result shows that the bedding rock slopes usually occur local shallow pull-type damage under the influence of ground excavation disturbance, and sliding deformation through all the slope surface (vertical height about 12m).During the failure process with the emerging, expansion, breakthrough, instability of the cracks, the monitoring curve of sliding force issue the advance warning message completely. It can avoid serious security accident effectively which cause by landslide disaster.
