Abstract: With stone-coal vanadium tailing as the main Si-Al materials for preparation of burn-free ceramsiper，the influence of the dosage of lime，cement and the fly ash，the grinding fineness of vanadium tailings，and the content of the additive on the property of Burn-free Ceramsite with stone-coal vanadium tailings was studied，and ceramsite products are analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results indicated that the each performance index of the products generated under the optimum technical process can reach the international standard. Tobermorite (CSH) generated in the preparation of ceramsite is intertwined together in flaky or tufted form，which can greatly support the strength of ceramsite.
