Abstract: The paper firstly analyzed the reason for the weak structural plane easily producing the adverse blasting effects such as toward blasting，large fragment，toe rock，threshold and so on.Then，according to the practical situation，some technical measures were taken by adjusting the blasting parameters，increasing the charge density in the bottom of the hole，choosing an adaptive blasting location and assisting deep-hole blasting with short-hole.The practical application into engineering indicated that the measures above are feasible and have an important practical value.
