Abstract: The airflow is divided into the jet zone，reflux zone and vortex zone from the air outlet to the fully-mechanized workface. Combining with the status quo of dust generation and dust prevention and control in fully-mechanized workface of railroad 152101 of Changling No.1 well，a comprehensive dustfall process combining of dust control with air duct and dust removal and purification with dust collector is designed to make the total dust and the respirable dust fall efficiency reach above 90% and 80% respectively in the fully mechanized working face. By this method，the working environment will be greatly improved in working face and the health of the workers and the production safety of the mine be protected.
