Abstract: The geochemical character in Yunnan Dawan Gold Deposit shows that Au has positive correlation with As，Sb，Hg，but higher correlation with As and lower correlation with Hg，and negative correlation with Cu，Co，Ni. R-type factor analysis method and superposed element anomaly method are used for anomaly delineating. Comparing with each other，R-type factor analysis method could find the concentration center of assemblage anomaly correctly and directly，but the ranges of anomalies are large，resulting in difficulty to judge the concentration center clearly. However，the anomaly ranges delineated through threshold is real.
