Abstract: Taking the Fangshan Zhangfang area in Beijing as an example, the paper simulated the illumination models in all direction to enhance linear characteristics of muti-spectral image, and choose the best illumination models to enhance linear characteristics of regional structure. By this method, the interpretability of the linear geological structure is effectively improved to obtain the remote sensing interpretation of the fault structure. The research provides the reference for studying the mechanism of karst.
