Abstract: A gold ore in Shaanxi is complex in composition，and gold is naked and semi-naked with main inter-granular distribution. The coarse-grained gold is 95.68% of the total gold. Due to its flake or wheat grains granular，it is easy to be deliberated. Under the grinding fineness of the contents of -0.074 mm is 65%，79.37% of the gold with the grain of 78 to 300 mesh was enriched. The Nelson beneficiation test results show that under conditions of the ore grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 65%，feeding concentration of 30%，feeding speed of 6 kg/h，fluid water speed of 2.0 L/min and gravity expansion for 60 times，gold concentrate with Au grade of 233.33 g/t and recovery of 87.38% were obtained.
