Abstract: The actual situation of high temperature and high humidity in deep well of gold mine is comprehensively analyzed.With use of modern scientific methods，such as theoretical analysis，numerical simulation and field tests etc，and combining with the present situation of ventilation in mines，the deep well cooling technology with water source heat pump is studied and applied，achieving re-utilization of mine waste water.Its temperature，humidity and air flow can meet the requirement of the regulations and the need of production.This research provides a beneficial reference for similar mines.
