Development Status of Large-scale Hydraulic Gyratory Crusher at Home and Abroad

Abstract: With the representative gyratory crusher models of the Metso's SUPERIOR60-110E type，the Flsmidth's TS-type and UD-type，the Sandvik's CG series，and the ThyssenKrupp's KB series and BK Series，the paper introduces the technical characteristics of the most advanced large-scale hydraulic gyratory crushers of the four foreign famous crusher manufacturing companies separately. At the same time，the technical characteristics of large-scale hydraulic gyratory crushers made by Chinese North Heavy Industries and CITIC Heavy Industries were introduced，moreover，the proposals for developing the large-scale hydraulic gyratory crushers in China were put forward，aiming at the gap of crusher making fields between domestic and abroad.
