Abstract: The paper introduces the application of grouting reinforcement technique in cracked mining gateway, and analyzes the mechanism of grouting reinforcement. That is,the grouting slurry can increase the strength of cracked surrounding rocks, change the failure mechanism of surrounding rock and enhance the stability of surrounding rock under the action of filling and compacting. Through the UDEC numerical simulation and the measured data of Gaohe Coal Mine,it is obtained that the simulated relative maximum displacement of roadway roof and floor is 307 mm,and the simulated relative displacement of both sides is 229 mm,The measured relative maximum displacement roadway roof and floor is 359 mm,and that of both sides is 262 mm. The simulated data are basically consistent with the measured data, and the roadway deformations are effectively controlled. The research provides a technical guarantee for safety production in the working face. The grouting technique owns a guiding significance for roadway reinforcement of similar crushed surrounding rocks.
