Abstract: The Mo-Pb minerals in a molybdenum sulfide ore containing lead in Shaanxi are mainly the native sulfides which are closely associated with each other and have fine dissemination. Technical condition tests for beneficiation of the ore were studied. The results showed that through the process of one stage grinding-mixed flotation with one roughing and one scavenging, regrinding of mixed Mo-Pb coarse concentrate, three stage mixed cleanings,Mo-Pb separation with one roughing, two scavenging and two cleanings, middles back to the flowsheet in turn, molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 52.32%,recovery of 92.50% and Pb content of 4.52%,and Lead concentrate with Pb grade of 40.98%,recovery of 70.42%,and Mo content of 0.43% were finally obtained.
