Abstract: In the paper, the subsidence and deformation of the mine railway at the edge of the open pit slope in the transition zones from open pit to underground mining in a certain pyrite mine were calculated and analyzed by using probability integration method and numerical simulation.According to the analysis results, the mining subsequence was optimized, which lowered the influences of the underground mining on the open pit bottom and the upper slope and effectively reduced the displacement of railway embankment. The research provides a theoretical support for the rational exploitation of resources and the protection of surface facilities.
