Abstract: An vision monitoring and fault intelligent recognition system of mineshaft instead of the traditional manual check.The mineshaft scene is captured and stored at the same time by front-end video capture device，and is displayed on ground display screen by the wireless transmission device.The capture process of front-end device is controlled by ground equipment，and the faults are identified by using fault identification algorithms.This system can automatically monitor and upgrade the mineshaft facilities and identify faults accurately，and it can improve the efficiency of mineshaft monitor greatly.
