Abstract: In view of the difficulty in quantifying the factors index and making comprehensive evaluation of truck dispatching system in open pit mine，the comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation is put forward.First，on the basis of the principle of analysis hierarchy process（AHP)，factors that influence the truck dispatching system are analyzed，and the truck dispatching system process is divided into 3 layers of target layer，criterion layer and index layer in structure，so as to determine the corresponding evaluation index system.On this basis，according to the weight level analysis of factors at each layer obtained by using fuzzy evaluation，the fuzzy estimation method is adopted to make the comprehensive evaluation.The method is verified to be reasonable and effective by the application example.This method provides an effective method and basis for the evaluate and selection of mine truck dispatching system.
