Abstract: Aiming at characteristics of complex dissemination and uneven particles size dissemination of copper minerals from Kamoa，Democratic Republic of Congo，beneficiation experiment was conducted by stage grinding stage separation process.With lime as a pH regulator，Cytec Aero 3894 + Cytec Aero 5100(mass ratio of 2∶1) as combined collector，and Cytec F507 as foamer，at grinding fineness of 85% passing 0.053 mm，through one roughing and two flash-cleaning，scavenging rough concentrate，flash-cleaning tailings and the +0.053 mm coarse fraction of scavenging tailings combined and then regrinding to fineness of 80% passing 0.01 mm，through two scavenger-cleaning process，then a combined concentrate of flash-cleaning and scavenger-cleaning with 48.57% Cu and recovery of 88.34% was obtained.
