Abstract: Due to the problems of a vanadium and iron mine such as unclear resource mining plan, mutual restriction of mining, serious ore backlog and goaf affecting mine safety production, the collaborative optimization mining scheme is proposed. The mining area is divided in to eastern area (7#~10# prospecting line),central area (10#~15# prospecting line) and western area (15#~21# prospecting line ),different mining methods are used for partitioning design and partitioning mining.Compared to the original mining scheme, the reserves is increased by 10.674 million t and amount of ores is improved 20%,the ore recovery of the eastern area is increased by 9%,the ore recovery of the central area is increased by 21%,the ore recovery of the western area is increased by 14%,the mineral resources of the mine is used fully, the economic efficiency is improved significantly.Besides that, the goaf hazard is eliminated, the mining safety condition of the vanadium ore upper the iron ore are improved, the safety production conditions of the vanadium and iron mine is guaranteed, the the collaborative optimization mining scheme proposed in the paper can provide reference for the similar mine.
