Ore-blending Optimization Via Collaborative Mining of Multiple Mining Areas in Open-pit Mine

Abstract: The optimized ore-blending model via collaborative mining of multiple mining areas in open-pit mine is proposed in accordance with the scientific requirement of ore-blending of Anqian Mining Co,.Ltd..taking the Anqian mine as the study example,combing with the actual natural environment and production restrictions,based on the mine basic information (such as the grade distribution etc.) of every mining areas,the 3DMine software and linear programming simplex big M method are adopted to testify the practicability of the ore-blending optimization model.The test results show that:the output ore grade of ore crushing plant is stabilized within the requirements scope to keep stable of the milling grade of beneficiation plants.Therefore the ultimate goals of improve production efficiency,reducing production cost,improving the production capacity of mineral processing flow and related facilities can be realized effectively.The above analysis results in this paper can provide some reference for the scientific production of mines.
