Research on Rheological Properties of the Single Superhigh-water Material Slurry

Abstract: Rheological properties of the single superhigh-water material slurry are measured under the different conditions of time,water volume fraction and temperature.The effects of time,water volume fraction and temperature on the rheological parameters of single slurry are analyzed.The results show that:①Single slurry A and slurry B are both the power-law fluids having time-variant parameters,and the shear thinning characteristics are showed;②in the range of experimental conditions,time,water volume fraction and temperature can affect the level of rheological parameters but could not change the rheological model of single slurry;③the relationship of consistency coefficient and single factor,and the relationship of rheological index and single factor can both be fitted by cubic polynomials.Based on the above analysis results,a rheological parameters model under the time,water volume fraction and temperature is established,by this model,the consistency coefficient and rheological index of slurry in any state can be calculated.The study results in this paper can provide theoretical support and guidance for the pipeline design and grouting construction.
