Abstract: At present,drilling blasting method is the main one of the coal mine rock roadway excavation.In the process of roadway excavation by using drilling blasting method,the key influence factor of blasting effects,circulating footage and blasting hole utilization rate is cutting.The layout mode of the cutting holes can be divided into straight cutting and inclined cutting.A lot of the achievements of practice and study show that every circulating footage should be reached to 2.5~3.0 m under the influence of the existing geological conditions,roadway section,driving machine and charging;bad effects of cutting and low utilization rate of blasting hole can be cased whether using straight cutting ore inclined cutting method.Based on the above analysis results,the new hydraulic drilling rig that can not only drill small diameter ordinary blasting holes,but also can drill the large blasting holes with the diameter of 100~110 mm is developed,so as to solve the problems of free surface of large diameter blasting hole of straight hole cutting blasting.The purpose of rapid excavation and rapid blasting is achieved.
