Abstract: Digital perforation work is commonly used in some large-scale domestic mines with the popularity of digital mining.Due to the harsh work environment in surface mine, and high-risk in mining production,it is necessary to analyze the risk of digital perforation work.Since there are various and complicated risk in perforation work,a combined method of PHA (Prelim Hazard Analysis) with MES(Measurement Exposure Sequence)for risk assessment (PHA-MES) was used to evaluate the risk in digitizing perforation work, and each risk source and its level were obtained.Based on this, some corresponding measures to avoid the risk were proposed. The case study in Jinduicheng open-pit molybdenum showed that PHA-MES method can comprehensively and objectively analyze the risk factors in the system in-depth.It provides a reference for the hazard control of the digital perforation operation in opencast mine.
