Abstract: Based on uranium in-situ leaching mining technology, properties of hard-rock type uranium ore and surfactant functions, the possibility of applying surfactant in in-situ leaching of hard rock-type uranium ore was studied. Two surfactants, P1 and P2, were used in the test of agitated leaching of uranium ore. The results indicate that ①surfactant P1 can evidently improve the uranium leaching yield within the critical micelle concentration range (0.2-10mg/L);②surfactant P2 can also remarkably improve the uranium leaching rate within the critical micelle concentration range (50-150mg/L);③surfactant P1 has a better effect in improving the uranium leaching rate than that by surfactant P2; ④surfactant can remarkably improve the leaching rate of large sized uranium ore.
