Abstract: The paper introduces the treatment approach and the main safety measures of open-air abandoned mine. Combining with actual treatment method of a open-air abandoned mine in Zhejiang province, and according to the current characters of mine and existing laws, regulations and policies, standards for non-coal mine, the mode in treatment process of abandoned mine, and the compliance of current production safety laws and regulations, administrative rules, norms and standards are analyzed and forecasted. Then, the treatment approach for the abandoned mines and the main safety measures are proposed. This provides a security reference for government, and provides the security technical guidance for the treatment of abandoned mine.
