Abstract: The paper analyzed the potential impact of the exploration on the surrounding environment，and put forward the non-waste mining proposal to adapting the need of circular economic development.Then，the key techniques in land-saving and land making，water resources protection，water resources recycling，application of filling method and beneficiation innovation in Hebei Iron and Steel Group Mining Company were introduced，and the application status of circular economy and the application effect were described.
