Abstract: The first research was conducted on the self-developed AGS-863 aviation γ-ray exploration system in a testing zone of Inner Mongolia.Through the comparison with GR-320 ground γ-ray spectrometer and the analysis of stratal or lithological spectrum characteristics，the consequence demonstrates that the measuring results of aviation γ-ray exploration system correspond with the general laws of lithological and geological structure of the tesing zone.The system and its data are highly accurate and reliable.
