    Choosing nine factors of influencing the stability of surrounding rock and probing into the factors of the improved hierarchy gray clustering ore rock classification model are to improve the stability of the genesis of Analytic Hierarchy Process,to determine each index synthesis weights,and application of grey clustering theory according to the stability of the final judgment.And applying them to the actual engineering practice of mining.The results showed that this method of the conclusion of the classification is consistent with other common classification method when analyzed and compared with the ore-rock of other tradiptional grading methods at the same time,which provide a feasible approaches and practical new ideas for mine rock classification.

    For the fuzzy math,gray theory,the identical degree of set pair analysis method used in stope mining quality evaluation,could not orderly divide evaluation space,the subjective largely impacts the determined weights,using unascertained theoretical constructed stope mining unascertained comprehensive evaluation model,realized accurately,objectively evaluate the merits of stope mining quality.Using CMS detection technology and SURPAC visualization tools,accurately obtained the stope mining dilution rate and loss rate technical indicators,using stope mining economic indicators provided by mine information systems,constructed a evaluation index system to comprehensively reflect the quality of stope mining.10 stopes of a copper mine were evaluated by using the constructed evaluation model.The results showed that the model used to evaluate the quality of stope mining was effective,the evaluation results were in line with the actual mining.

    In order to study on the goaf influence on distribution of surface subsidence,the ground surface deformation and the rock movement rule were simulated under the conditions of four different goafs form by using FLAC3D numerical analysis method.And the degree and scale of surface subsidence was analyzed for concealed goafs form.The indexes such as circularity,irregular index,equal-area circle radius in morphological methods were applicated,and the surface subsidence form was analyzed quantificationally.The research showed that,no matter whether the shape of goaf was round,surface subsidence form was round or tend to round.The greater the height of overburden strata,the smaller circularity,and the shape of surface subsidence were more tends to circle,which were consistent to the actual phenomenon of surface subsidence.Research results will provide some guidance for engineering land expropriation,geological disasters precautionary,and so on.

    Based on the fluid-solid coupling theory,the finite element strength reduction method was used to analyze the seepage stability characteristics of the tailing dam,and the safety factor was obtained the above analysis results were compared with the results by the Sweden slice method and Bishop method,and the results showed:The location of transfixion plastics-zone by the strength method was in accordance with the critical sliding surface by the Sweden slice method and the Bishop method.The safe factor by the strength method was very close to that by the Sweden slice method and the Bishop method.From the above results,the conclusion could be drawn that the strength reduction was viable to determine the safe factor of the tailing dam.Forthermore,the transfixion plastics-zone by the strength reduction could be regarded as the initial sliding surface for the limit equilibrium method to accurately search for the critical sliding surface,which was also helpful to reduce the computational complexity.

    For the complexity of mining conditions in metal mine continuous tailings backfilling mining method,elastic-plastic finite element analysis method was adopted.The plane strain mathematical model was founded for stope roof stability analysis and structure parameters optimization design.The results showed that the fundamental measures to maintain the basic stability of stope roof was controling the stope span or exposed area.For single ore body minning,with the increase of stope span,roof pre-stress stress increased accordingly,and when mining height increased,the maximum principal stress and the maximal shear stress and subsidence of roof were growing larger around the stope,but the tensile stress in the roof decreased gradually.For 1# ore body,recommend stope roof area was about 600 m2 limit exposure.Based on this to make stope longer and wide,stope roof stability was the best.

    For the defect of steel bolt used in the soft and broken rocks of Jinshandian Iron Mine,a field test had been tested which using GFRP bolting in the mining area of -242 m level of Yuhua Temple,and staggered arrangement of deformation monitoring network in test approaches,constructed roadway deformation displacement and convergence rate time series,analysis the effect of GFRP bolting,and had known the deformation characteristics and the relationship between the roof and two bands of the testing tunnel.According to the form of damage of roadway,proposed a supporting way which used GFRP bolt together with the prestressed metal nut to improve support effect,could effective maintain the stability of the roadway.

    The permeability test on complete stress-strain of the rock sample in the floor of Tao Yuan Coalseam 10 was conducted by using MTS815.2 Rock Mechanics System.Studied the seepage properties of rock sample on different unconfined state,including the characteristics of fracture closure,initiation and extension,some important parameters were provided for the research of water isolating in mining floor.The simulation results showed that the floor had been in a state of compression-expansion-compression in the process of face advance.In the transition zone of deformation between compression and expansion state ,failure occurred easily when the floor had a shear plastic deformation.The evaluation of water isolating and the prevention practice were based on the research.The study had certain significance to water-inrush prevention while mining.

    Based on the theory of fracture mechanics,analyzed and calculated the quasi-static stress field in the coal and the model of fracture propagation driven by gases of explosion products. Then proved the length of crack propagation caused by blasting loads. Finally through a blasting test of simulation coal,the results showed that the length of crack propagation was inversely proportional to both longitudinal wave velocity and compressive strength,and was directly proportional to porosity. The crack number and the crack length in the case of stemming of blast holes were respectively 1.5~3 times to that in the case of unblocked blast holes,verifying that in the process of coal blasting,the quasi-static stress of detonation gas was the main reason in the crack propagation and the blasting broken.

    The bioleaching of chalcopyrite by moderate thermophiles from Dexing Copper Mine was researched at 45 ℃.The experiment results showed that proper amount of Fe2+(4 g/L)was helpful for the growth of bacteria and the bioleaching of chalcopyrite.The high bacterial activity could accelerate the bioleaching of chalcopyrite.In the acidity range of test,the bacterial activity is highest in pH 1.50.Furthermore,the lower the pulp density was and the smaller the particle size was,the more favorable the bioleaching rate was.In the best condition,the leaching rate of chalcopyrite in 45 ℃ was 73.32% in 49.2 d.The residue of bioleaching was studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the results demonstrated that sulfur and jarosite may be the passivation layer of chalcopyrite.

    The separation between galena, pyrite and sphalerite of Huize lead-zinc ores is optimized using methods of single factor and orthogonal tests.In addition, the kinetic parameters of galena and pyrite are studied based on flotation kinetics principles.The results showed that the flotation processes of galena and pyrite could both be simulated by multi-rate flotation model, which is based on overall balance theory.A correlation coefficient R2 of 0.999 between actual recovery and predicted recovery is achieved for both galena and pyrite.Studies suggests that asynchronous flotation technology makes the best of both flotability and flotation rate for different and identical minerals to achieve an individual and diverse flotation.Studies on new technology of asynchronous flotation can provide some references for mineral processing workers to improve existing technologies and develop new ones.

    According to the characteristics of the low grade copper-nickel ore in Xinjiang,adopt a closed circuit test flowsheet which have one roughing,two scavenging and two concentrating copper-nickel mixed floating;and one roughing,one scavenging copper-nickel separation,middlings order returned.Reagents used in copper-nickel mixed flotation are the combined depressants of CMC and Sodium silicate,collecter iso-butyle Xanthate and assistant collecter A8. Copper-nickel separation medicament is conducted: using Activated Carbon to remove reagents,lime and T12 as the Inhibitors,Z-200 for collector.The Copper concentrate is obtained with Copper grade of 27.03%,nickel grade of 0.93% and Copper recovery of 67.79%. the mixed concentrate of copper and nickel is obtained with nickel grade of 5.59%,copper grade of 3.79% and nickel recovery of 70.82%,copper recovery of 29.14%.

    The test of Liaoning Xinhua low grade Mo ore preconcentration index according to different separation threshold value was studied.The results indicated that preconcentration index varies with the block of feeded material.Under the same test conditions,the beneficiation index of 100~60 mm size class particle was better than the other grain-sized particles and too large or too small particles all can affect the preconcentration index adversely.

    The monomineral flotation test which for investigate the flotability of smithsonite and the influence of n-octanol on the flotability of smithsonite have been conducted using dodecylamine(DDA)as collector while sodium sulfide existed.The results showed that the activation of sodium sulfide to the smithsonite due to the HS- ion adsorbed on the smithsonite's surface and lead to the zeta potential drop.Smithsonite activated by sodium sulfide can be collected well by DDA while the pH of pulp located in 9.5 to 11.5.Though smithsonite activated by sodium sulfide can't be collected by n-octanol,the collected ability of DDA to smithsonite active by sodium sulfide can be enhanced obviously by n-octanol.The same flotation effect was achieved when using the combination collector which 40% mole proportion of DDA was replaced by n-octanol,compare with using DDA alone did.FTIR result showed that it is the physisorption of the interaction among sodium sulfide,DDA and n-octanol with smithsonite's surface.

    The effect of sodium polyacrylate(PAAS)on the grinding efficiency of bauxite was studied and its mechanisms were also analyzed.The results showed that,compared with no grinding aids added,the content of -0.074 mm in the ground product was increased by 5.45 percentage points under the optimal grinding conditions adding PAAS as grinding aid when the amount of PAAS was 0.7%wt of bauxite.Because the physical adsorption and chemical adsorption were occurred on the bauxite surface,which could reduce the pulp viscosity,change the surface electric potential of the bauxite,enhance the surface appearance of particles and lower the surface hardness of the bauxite,the grinding efficiency of bauxite was increased by PAAS.

    Leaching behaviors of Al and V under different H2SO4 concentration,leaching temperature,leaching time,stirring speed and liquid-solid ratio were investigated through leaching experiments.The experimental result demonstrated the relationship between Al leaching behavior and V leaching behavior is linear and all Adj.R2 of linear regression equations is more than 0.96.Al leaching behavior is consistent with V leaching behavior.

    Conducted systematically investigations to the chemical composition,mineral composition,embedded features,grain size,texture and structure of ores from sijiaying Iron Ore Mine. The research result indicated that the available element is Fe;the main components of iron ore content is hematite and magnetite;gangue mineral is quartz primarily,and then mica,hornblende and chlorite;the average grain size is 0.116 mm;the relationship between gangue minerals and iron minerals are mainly adjacent and mosaic structure. Combined with the chemical analysis and the microscopic identification results,it is confirmed that amphibole minerals have a close relationship with magnetic iron. Summarizing the technological mineralogy investigation,the iron ores can be divided into three technological types: easy to disintegrate and easy to selection,easy to disintegrate and hard to beneficiate,hard to disintegrate and hard to beneficiate. The typical characteristics and dressing influence factors have also been analysed for each type.

    The support vector regression(SVR)approach based on the quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization(QPSO)for its parameters optimization was proposed to predict the contribution degrees to the metallogenesis.The results show that the prediction precision of SVR method is superior to that of BP neural networks.It is suggested that SVR is an effective and powerful tool for predicting the contribution degrees to the metallogenesis.

    The first research was conducted on the self-developed AGS-863 aviation γ-ray exploration system in a testing zone of Inner Mongolia.Through the comparison with GR-320 ground γ-ray spectrometer and the analysis of stratal or lithological spectrum characteristics,the consequence demonstrates that the measuring results of aviation γ-ray exploration system correspond with the general laws of lithological and geological structure of the tesing zone.The system and its data are highly accurate and reliable.

    A new three-dimensional data model of tunnel had been put forward,semi-tunnel was as volume element to construct the 3D tunnel.According to this volume element,five basic modeling elements were abstracted to form the semi-tunnel.There were point,arc,feature connector line,tunnel section,and foundation surface.On the basis of analysis,data model of semi-tunnel,the eleven possible basic types of semi-tunnel were discussed in detail,and the illustrations of these types' three-dimensional model were given.On the foundation of these types volume element of semi-tunnels,it could build a model of simple tunnel,complex tunnel,and composite tunnel.In terms of above new three-dimensional data model,the complete underground mine tunnel network would be constructed.Thereby the study could enrich the theory of Digital mine,it was significant for development and safety production in mine.

    Gangue gream-body filling is the main technological means of realizing green mine and the best technology to solve the problem of mine under water body,building and rail,and on karst water body and to control surface subsidence,which used the surface movement observation to evaluate the filling effect in the past,but cycle is often longer,cost is higher and amount of labour is larger using the mood of surface movement observation.To this point,developed the on-line monitoring system of paste backfill in the goaf,based on the KJ216 monitoring system of plank pressure.Comprehensively evaluated the filling effect through long-term monitoring of long-term stress,deformation and hydration degree of paste backfill in the goaf.The practice showed that the system worked well on site.

    Air drilling,as a member of under balance pressure drilling family,is different from conventional drilling methods.In order to predict the flow characteristics,it is necessary to derive the unified applicable theoretical formula,which can provide basis for choosing compressor and determining drilling methods.The air volumetric flow is the key to guarantee the construction of under balance drilling.Owning to air drilling taking the compressed air as circulated fluid,the circulation system volume flow is closely related to pressure variation,so the pressure calculation becomes the major research emphasis.According to the order of air injection,the pressure formula derivation of drill string and annulus were respectively studied,and took the air drilling as an example to solve the generic solution.According to the boundary condition to ascertain the constant,the law of pressure variation changing with the temperature and depth could be gained.To further compute the air volume flow could provide the solid basis for compressor.

    Based on the summarize researches of mine geological environment assessment,defined what the anti-disturbance capacity evaluation of metal mining geological environment was.A comprehensive evaluation system include point,plane and regional assessment was established which took goaf collapse,collapse-slide,karst collapse as main study objects.According to the geological environment condition and the characteristic of the high-phosphorus iron area west Hubei,a case study of Anti-disturbance capacity of geological environment was carried out by using analytic hierarchy process,which based on the point indicator system had been established.Evaluation result showed that the anti-disturbance capacity of high-phosphorus iron area west Hubei' geological environment was “medium”.So the mine geological disaster prediction and Prevention which caused by mining disturbance should be strengthen.

    The stimulated flotation wastewater containing butyl xanthate was treated by O3/H2O2 process.Effects of O3 dosage,H2O2 dosage,pH value,initial solution concentration and common ions on wastewater CODCr removal were investigated.Reaction mechanism of removal of butyl xanthate by O3/H2O2 was studied by addition of tertiary butanol and using of UV-Vis absorption spectrum.The results showed that,CODCr removal rate can be reached 60.25% at 100 L/h of ozone dosage,1 000 mg/L of H2O2 dosage,pH 6.8 and 2 h of reaction time to 400 mg/L butyl xanthate.CODCrremoval is inhibited by introduction of CO2-3 and SO2-4.CODCrremoval rate is accelerated by introduction of Cu2+ and Zn2+.O3/H2O2process followed a hydroxyl radical type mechanism.

    This paper is to focus on the transport of coal bed gas within the micro-structure of coal-rock mass,where gas pressure and its flow were analyzed.The results indicate that the movement of gas within micro-crack of coal-rock would be able to result in gas pressure wave,namely shock and expansion wave,whose propagation and cumulative process is attributable to the gas outburst of coal-rock.The changes of gas pressure wave certainly control the gas movement containing gas pressure and flow,which in turn accelerates the propagation and coalescent of crack of coal and then causes the chain interaction of two-phase flow.It is therefore postulated that outburst of coal-gas possibly follows the hypothesis of fluids dynamics.

    Stuclied the ultrasonic on the intensification of leaching on steelmaking dust which contains ZnFeO4 ,and contrast this craft with traditional leaching craft. The effect of initial acid concentration,leaching time,solid/liquid ratio and the intensity of ultrasonic to the leaching rate was also discussed. The results show that,with ultrasonic on the intensification of leaching,ZnFeO4 ,which do not be dissolved in weak acid leaching agent in normal temperature,will be leached. With the conditions of initial H2SO4 concentration 200 g/L,leaching time 120 min,S/L ratio 10,and 20 kHz,2 W/cm2 ultrasonic,the leaching rate of zinc will be more than 90%.

    Ansteel Qidashan iron tailings with slag,natural gypsum and cement clinker are mixed,and produced cementitious materials.And then the cementitious materials are mixed with original tailing,and became high-strength concrete materials by adding water-reducing agent.The effects of water cement ratio on the strength of concrete is researched.And the microstructure of hydration products is analyzed by SEM.The experiments indicate that,with the water-bincler ratio increases,the fluidity of concrete is also increased,but the flexural strength and compressive strength have shown a gradual decreasing trend.With actual production needs,making with Qidashan iron tailings,the suitable concrete water cement ratio is 0.24.
