Abstract: The management mode of ore-exploitation in the region with underground mined-out area，which was explored and summarized during construction.It is benefit to present ore-production in middle-strength and capital construction & daily ore-production of high-strength exploitation of copper-ore and sulfur-ore in the future.And then help Dabaoshan Mine to realize the transformation of crisis mine.This mode included the multiple drilling-test of underground mined-out area，disposition of underground mined-out area by blasting based on 3D scan instrument，and the flow of ore exploitation & blending in complicated geology region with underground mined-out area.
