Abstract: Problems existed great depth，obvious ground pressure，joints development in coal roof，water drenching in part of the roof，high temperature in Dingji Coal Mine.The creep characteristics of roadways surrounding rock is obvious.It's difficult to tunnel and support the roadway because of the complex geological conditions.In order to realize the tunneling and supporting of mining roadway under complex conditions in Dingji Coal Mine，with the research object of conveyance road in 1141(3)working face，the method of tunneling and supporting the mine roadway was summarized，which is suitable for the specific conditions.It was obtained that the supporting of roadway tunneling and supporting should be based on the geological conditions，The remarkable technical and economic benefits can be achieved with appropriate method and strict construction based on requirement finally.
