Abstract: By means of the analysis of Chuanjiawan Au-W polymetallic mining area and geological characteristics of the deposit which is located in Ningshan county of Shanxi province,the deposit is discovered in the Devonian system of the Qinling polymetallic Ore-forming belt.There are granite outcrops near the mine area which provide ore-forming substances and heat power for the formation of the mineral deposit.The geochemical exploration anomalies of gold-tungsten in the area show well.What is more，a lot of deposits and mineralization points are discovered in this mineral area.
